"Project" refers to any new construction, renovation, or service maintenance needs for consumer owned or managed property - a request for such services posted by a Consumer.

Communications from the Site

Customer Service:
Users may be contacted from time to time in the case of special promotions or system updates, or if there is a problem with a User's account. ServisKEY does not use or create mailing lists.

Project Notifications:
As part of the functionality of this web site, Suppliers will receive automated email notifications of posted Projects as may apply to your area of expertise and zone(s) of service. Consumers will in turn receive automated email notifications of responses from targeted Suppliers.

Sharing Information

Personally identifiable information:
Personally identifiable information is not shared with any third parties. The use of certain services and features of the web site will result in the disclosure of personal information to other registered Users. When you choose to respond to a Supplier who has indicated interest in a posted Project, or as a Supplier submit a response to a posted Project, such User will receive your name and contact information. Likewise, as previously indicated, any communication submitted by you on the web site through the use of the Consumer or Supplier Projects portal will be accessible to other Users of the web site, with access to the posted Project. Personal information required for Project submission and responses will therefore be communicated to Users who access such Projects.

Financial Information:
We may collect financial information such as your credit card number, expiration date, and the like, for the purposes of accessing premium, paid for, aspects of our service. Such information is then forwarded to our payment gateway for processing. You may also be asked to provide information about your annual sales volumes or estimated Project budget (the provision of this information is strictly optional). Other than the above, we do not retain any such personal information of a financial nature about you.
