Cobob pumps & Services has been serving Albertans since 1978. We offer water and sewer services to Farms, Acreages, Municipalities and Commercial institutions. In 1978 with little more than a used backhoe, Cobob began to offer general excavation services in Parkland County, Alberta. After several years in the excavation business Cobob Pumps & Services began to focus on providing essential services like water and sewer in both rural areas and in towns and cities
Our part in installing water and sewer throughout Alberta has let us participate directly in the construction and implementation of new technologies. In addition to having been granted the great honor of helping implement many of the systems that are in use today, Cobob has also been able to participate on many of the advisory boards and panels as well. In the last 5 years there have been a lot of changes in the essential services contractors business. The Alberta Municipal Government updated the Standard of Practices in 2009. This is a set of rules, which all those involved in the construction of private sewer systems must adhere to. Many of our fellow contractors have moved on to other less restrictive activities. We at Cobob Pumps & Services have embraced these new guidelines and have added System Design and Soil analysis to the list of services we offer. We thank you for letting us serve you for so many years and look forward to another 35 years of service. |
